Cancellation Policy
Booking Timeframes All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us prepare and match you with the best team member for your needs. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. Service Duration & Availability You may book between 1 and 4 hours per visit for hourly support plans. Trial hours and one-off services are also available — no long-term commitment required. Payments & Discounts Payment is due at the time of booking. SuperGold Card holders: Use code Goldcardmember at checkout to receive $10 off any booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) may incur a 50% service charge. On-Site Access Please ensure we can access your home/property at the booked time. If entry is not possible, a cancellation fee may apply. Safety & Support Our team members are trusted, friendly, and locally based.
